WE ARE:

a collective of DJs based in Northern Michigan. We believe the best day of your life should be followed by the best night of your life, and our mission is to make that happen by igniting dance floors in euphoric celebration.

WHAT WE DO:

We create dance floors that guests rave about. We are hired to control the vibe and atmosphere of the wedding through music.
– We create a bespoke setlist based on conversations with our clients.
– We take our collective experience we have honed over the years to direct the dance floor to make it as fun as possible.
– We devote hours to curate the music for every event.
– We arrive extra early to setup and ensure technical excellence.
– We communicate from booking until the end of the event.
– We go out of our way for your guests.
– We live mix whenever we perform (no pre-recorded anything)
– We perform for the audience in front of us, read the crowd and figure out where they want to go.
– We stay on top of what is new, and curate what is old, as our dance floors tend to be multi-generational and we want to ensure everyone can have a good time.
– We are open format DJs. We deep dive into every genre.

WE DO NOT:

– Disregard our client’s wishes and do our own thing.
– Get on the mic and make it all about us.
– Taste Shame.

Who are you?

We’re a group of DJ’s in northern Michigan who turn wedding receptions into legendary parties.

What are your rates?

It depends on where the party is, and who is DJ’ing. Each DJ sets his own rates. Inquire to find out.

So, I want to hire you for a wedding, what do I get?

You get a DJ for the entire day of the event. All necessary equipment set up and tear down, performance time, preparation time, and one on one consultation and client direction with a DJ who will make your wedding night one hell of a party.
This can include:
– ceremony
– cocktail hour
– dinner
– reception

Do you have any ad-ons?

Yes, we have a photo booths starting at $500.

How far do you travel?

In state, we’ll add a travel fee. Out of state, we’ll require travel expenses, lodging, and equipment rental to be added to the budget. Put us on a plane!

Do you MC?

We’ll gladly make announcements and facilitate on the mic. We hereby promise not to make cheesy jokes… unless that’s what you want.

Do you do foreign language weddings?

Yes! Although we don’t MC in other languages. (Parker speaks German, if you’re looking to have a German wedding in Michigan) Parker has performed Spanish, Albanian, Bulgarian, Polish, Hindi/Bollywood, and Korean wedding sets.

Do you partner with any other vendors?
If you book Pistachio Parker’s Pastry shop in Petoskey as a desert vendor, we’ll do a special discount on both services. Otherwise, we are happy to recommend vendors who we’ve worked with in the past. We do not take a kickback for any recommendations we provide.

What else you got?
Parker is a VJ, so if you want music videos playing at your event he can add that, along with TV totem rental. We also can facilitate a silent disco.
